Balanced Scorecard
A Scorecard is an electronic view of an organization’s health and performance. It shows objectives, measures, targets, actuals, variance & performance and may include cost, profitability, links, and initiatives.
Scorecards can be layered hierarchically according to an organization’s structure. Hot links are included to help analyze specific KPIs. These can link to ABCM model data, data warehouses, graphs, reports, GIS maps, spreadsheets, etc.
We are experienced in all aspects of scorecard projects including determining objectives, setting targets, building scorecards, collecting data, transforming data, and automating systems.
A balanced scorecard is organized into four perspectives: Customer, Business Processes, Innovation & Learning, and Financial. The objectives represent key performance indicators (KPIs) and can be linked to Strategy Maps.
